Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Items
Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of digital products, all sales of digital items are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any digital products.
If you experience any technical difficulties downloading your file, please contact us so we can assist you.
2. Physical Products (Clips)
We take great pride in the quality of our physical products. However, if you receive a defective or damaged clip, we are happy to offer a refund under the following conditions:
Timeframe: You must notify us of the defect within 30 days of your delivery date.
Proof of Damage: To qualify for a refund, you must provide photographic proof clearly showing the damage or defect.
Processing: Once your photographic proof is reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
3. Print on Demand (POD) Items
Our Print on Demand items (such as apparel, mugs, or totes) are custom-made uniquely for you as soon as you place an order.
Buyer's Remorse / Incorrect Size: Because these items are custom-printed, we cannot accept returns or refunds if you change your mind or order the incorrect size. Please review the sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Misprinted Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a severe printing error, we will gladly issue a refund or a replacement. You must contact us with photographic proof of the issue within 30 days of delivery.
4. Exchanges
We strictly do not accept exchanges for any items (digital, clips, or print on demand). If you receive a defective physical or POD item, please follow the instructions below to request a refund or replacement.
