Axolotl cuties are free for you.

I love axolotls. They are ridiculously cute, so of course I wanted to try drawing some.

I researched how many fingers and toes they have (4 on the front, 5 on the back), roughly where their dorsal fins sit, and even tried really hard to find habitat references that weren’t captivity photos.

I ended up drawing four super cute axolotl friends. Then my brain decided that was enough.

These little guys have been sitting on my drawing board for over a year now, and I finally decided it was time to wrap the project up and share them for free.
